• Full measure up service : I can carry out site survey to ensure that the site is suitable for the installation of the floor . I can do moisture testing and assessing the suitability of the site prior to the installation of the particular timber floor selected.

• Quotations and estimates . The prices also depends on several factors and are negotiable . For example, the costs will be less for larger projects . Also , in some circumstances , more than the usual preparation time and work may be involved which could potentially increase the final price.

Please read some general information : 

 - To give you an accurate quote I need to do the site survey first .

 - We can arrange an appointment when if it suits you . We can discuss all important details of your project and then I will be able to provide an accurate and realistic estimate . It really depends on various circumstances and conditions , what needs to be done and what is involved . It is difficult to provide an estimate without seeing the place .

- The cost of labor really depends on layout of the house , type of floor covering etc. Cost of the installation works depends on many variables .

- It is important to assess condition of sub floor . Ideally it should be before snag list is finished . It really matters on layout of the property and stairs  and other important circumstances . 

- Sub floor preparation works may be necessary . 

- I do not have fixed prices . It is based on what needs to be done . Being skilled and experienced flooring installer with the tools and transport I charge reasonably and accordingly . 

In the meantime could you please provide house plans and drawings of the property ?

We can arrange an appointment to discuss your plans , ideas and all important details of your project . 

There are different types of underlay available , some are more suitable for downstairs and some are performing better upstairs . 

I can remove and refit skirting boards instead of using trims / beadings for example .
